We may be at alert level one, but you can be sure that our clinic is still taking extra safety measures to best continue to protect you and our community. 

We ask that when attending your appointments with us, you sign in using the COVID tracer app and keep your Bluetooth on. We also ask that before attending your next appointment, you can answer ‘NO‘ to all of the following questions:

• Do you have a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19?
• Have you or anyone coming in contact with you, had contact with someone with a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19?
• Are you in contact isolation or been advised that you should be?
• Have you travelled internationally in the last 14 days?
• Do you have any of the following symptoms?
  – a cough
  – a high temperature (38°C and over)
  – shortness of breath
  – sore throat
  – sneezing and runny nose
  – temporary loss of smell

If you develop any of the above symptoms on the day of your appointment or have recently had contact with someone with COVID, please stay home and let us know. We are happy to rebook you at no cost.

You will continue to find hand sanitiser on entry and exit for your convenience.
